By accessing or using the website at masonryredding.com or by engaging Premier Redding Masonry ("we," "us," or "our") for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or request our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access the website or request services from Premier Redding Masonry. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use of this website or our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Premier Redding Masonry is a masonry contractor based in Redding, CA. We provide services including but not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, driveway pavers, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, concrete block walls, walkway construction, and related masonry work.
All services are performed in California and surrounding areas. Services are subject to availability, scope assessment, and a written agreement or estimate signed by both parties prior to commencement of any work.
We provide written estimates based on an on-site assessment of the work requested. Estimates are not binding contracts. A separate written agreement will be provided before any work begins that details the scope of work, materials, timeline, and total price.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. After 30 days, conditions, material costs, or availability may have changed and a new estimate may be required.
If the scope of work changes during a project due to unforeseen conditions (such as hidden damage discovered once work begins), we will notify you in writing before proceeding with any additional work and associated costs. No change order work will be performed without your written or documented verbal approval.
Once a project is scheduled, we will provide you with a confirmed start date and estimated duration. We make every reasonable effort to begin and complete work on schedule. However, schedules may be affected by weather, permit delays, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee if materials have already been ordered or prepared specifically for your project.
We reserve the right to reschedule or decline a project if site conditions are unsafe or if access to the work area is not provided as agreed.
Payment terms are outlined in the written project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon satisfactory completion of the project.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your project agreement. Invoices not paid within the time specified in the agreement may be subject to a late payment fee and may result in suspension of any remaining work until the balance is resolved.
Disputes about invoices must be raised in writing within 10 business days of the invoice date. After that period, the invoice is considered accepted.
Any warranty terms specific to your project will be stated in the written project agreement. Warranty coverage, duration, and exclusions vary by service type and are not implied beyond what is expressly stated in your agreement.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, modification, natural disasters, acts of God, or conditions outside normal use. Settlement or movement caused by soil conditions beyond those observable at the time of work is not covered unless specifically addressed in the project agreement.
